Central Clinical Data Base
Quality of clinical research is a function of data quality. The purpose of the Central Clinical Data Base (CCDB) is to make all clinical data of the transplanted patients available to clinical investigators in such a fashion that patient care is optimised and that clinical research using this clinical data is facilitated. In order to provide clinical investigators involved in transplantation medicine access to integrated patient data, steps have been taken to implement a suitable universal data base solution.
